HR Day

Description:
Concept PR has developed the PR campaign of Nationwide HR Specialist Day – HR Day, as an industry holiday, honoring the daily work of specialists managing human resources. In terms of the campaign, a media transmitted expert debate has been prepared, as were a report from the “HR-owca portret własny” study, inspiring videos, written manuals, expert articles, interviews with KOLs, and competitions. The Pracuj.pl group has also taken advantage of this pretext to organize evening HR Day Galas in various regions and in Warsaw.

Effects:
In the first edition of HR Day (2014): nearly 600 people participated in regional galas, the average reach of FB posts concerning the campaign – 79 thousand UU, during the 3 weeks of the campaign – 142 new fans (direct target group). HR Day has been permanently entered to Wikipedia as an industry holiday and is continuously celebrated since 2014.

BRE Ubezpieczenia

Target audience:

Description:
A few years long cooperation in the field of corporate communication, internal communication, expert positioning and communication in processes of strategic changes. Concept PR’s tasks included internal communication in the process of change, rebranding, managing media relations, experts positioning–including the CEO – as well as improving the brand recognizability among potential institutional investors.

Effects:
More than 150 publications in the sector and business media at the key moment of strategic changes, 6 awards won in business competitions. In 2015 BRE Ubezpieczenia has been taken over by AXA Polska.

HR Dream Team

Description:

The HR Dream Team competition has been created as a project engaging the HR environment through the promotion of the best practices in the fields of Candidate Experience and Employee Experience, as well as by appreciating the cooperation of HR and interdisciplinary teams. The goal of the contest was also to emphasize the role of Pracuj.pl as an expert and partner of the industry of Human Resources.

Effects:
2015 – 40 applications, 2016 – 80 application, 2017 – 116 applications.

Braster SA

Target audience:
Media / public opinion / investors

Description:
Developing and executing a communication strategy for a company preparing to start the production of an innovative product for early detection of breast cancer. Concept PR’s tasks included managing media relations due to the planed IPO and announced development strategy, organizing press and investment meetings, managing a crisis situation, and also producing videos, photo sessions, website content, as well as organizing trainings in terms of communication.

Effects:
The high attendance of the media and investors during the organized press meetings translated into multiple publications. A group of journalists constantly wrote about Braster SA. The awareness of the public opinion concerning the invention patented by Polish scientists from Braster SA has been improved.

We have been cooperating with Karolina Piekus and Concept PR since 2012. During preliminary talks, we said that our PR ambitions are up to 1-2 publications every quarter. After half a year of cooperation, we had more than a dozen publications in industry-related printed media + more than 70 publications and comments in online media having a wide reach in our target group.
The result exceeded our expectations so much that we continue our cooperation up to now. Not only because of the quantity, but also because of the quality of our cooperation. Despite much media activity, and because of the efficiency of the service, the intensity of media actions is not a burden for us. We can count for full engagement, reliability and professionalism, innovative ideas and hard competences and experience, and, when needed, we could count on a „manly” talks - which is why we surely avoided many crises. And even if a crisis happened, we know that we are in very good hands. To sum up, we get what could be offered by a large PR agency, but for a price that can be afforded by a local company, and what is important, we are cared for by an experienced expert and not by a junior consultant or intern.
